The following is an analysis of my health USING it's 7 main dimensions as a way to break it down.
The Best and the Worst of My Health:
Physical: I am not someone who goes for walks very often, also I do not play a sport. My diet has never been much of a priority either. Both of these factors led to me rating my physical health low.
Environmental: I have never been aware of my environment or focused on making it clean. Things such as recycling or conserving electricity/water. Because I have never thought twice about these things, I gave myself a low environmental health.
Intellectual: My intellectual health is high because I love to learn new things and acquire new skills. School has always appeared beneficial to me and I usually enjoy it.
Social: I also have fairly good relationships with people and I enjoy hanging out with friends. I don't get into too many fights with my friends, so almost all my relationships are positive making my social health fairly good.
So the areas that are really good for me are: intellectual and social wellness. While Physical and environmental wellness need some work.
Improvements I Could Make:
- I could definitely be more aware of my environment. Do things like recycle or pick up trash at a local park. now and then.
- Also, whenever I am outside I don't pay much attention or care about the trash on the ground but now I realize I should take the time to pick it up, not just at a park but Everywhere and Anywhere.
-For my physical wellness I think that going for a quick jog or walking on my treadmill for a half hour a couple times a week would be very beneficial.
-My diet should probably change. Instead of eating chips or popcorn for a snack I should eat some carrots or a fruit that I like.
- Also for my diet, I should try to, whenever possible, eat less fats. So replacing a bag of chips with baked chips.
